Destination Settings

The Destination page helps to enable the destination settings in Real-time CDP to create, edit, and delete the destination for file export. Marketers can create target segments within Real-time CDP and export them to multiple marketing automation systems and vendors to drive targeted marketing. Each segment represents a campaign through multiple marketing channels.

The delivery location available for segment export are FTP, SFTP, and Amazon S3. Users can configure SFTP/S3 location for a marketing channel.

Marketers can set up a touch frequency (Global Throttling) for each channel to control the number of times a customer is included across all the segments exported to a channel.

Following configurations are available for each destination:

  • Channel

  • Location configuration (user, password, URL, etc.)

  • File formats

  • File column names

  • Global Throttling
