Source Settings

The Source page displays the Algonomy Connectors for e-commerce marketplaces such as Shopify. The connectors provide an easy way to integrate your stores in e-commerce marketplaces, making real-time capture of product, order, and customer behavioral data possible.

The Algonomy Real-time CDP integrates Shopify connector to sync the Shopify data in real time. Shopify connector provides a seamless way of either creation/updated information about the product, customer, and order sent to the Algonomy Real-time CDP platform which enables marketers to easily manage and serve unified customer profile in real time. Any update in the Shopify data is recorded and pushed to the RCDP APIs through Shopify connector with the help of Webhooks.

Shopify connector helps to perform the following in real time:

  • Sync Shopify data such as products, customers, and orders.

  • Easily configure the data updates through a simple mapping tool to map from Shopify metadata to Algonomy data.

  • Automate data exchange between Shopify and Algonomy Realtime-CDP.

The data collected is used to complete the linkage between Shopify and Algonomy Realtime-CDP, which works in real time to enhance the digital shopping experience. This ensures a seamless experience across different touchpoints to enhance customer demand.

To access Source:

  1. Log in to Algonomy Real-time CDP.

  2. On the left navigation rail, click , click Integration, and then click Source.

    The landing page of the source settings displays the integrated connectors to sync the data of e-commerce market places in real time.
